aslaam ul akum i have been marryd for 2 years living wit wife without actul intercourse taking place due 2 medical reason. I gave my wife 1 divorce. Is this divorce final or revecable. Can i take my wife back within the iddah our do i need a new nikah jazakullah khair

If you have given your wife only one talaq, you can take her back before passing iddah. After passing iddah it is necessary to perform Nikah afresh.
