ASLAM o Alaikum, If we are using internet to check mail,there many pictures of woman. after the first glance we have second glance also after opening the page .Is it Allowed ? How can we avoid it ?

You should avoid as much as possible and keep on doing istighfar and seeking forgiveness from Allah.
