Assalamulaikum Janab, Pls tell me with wearing a Half Shirt / Fotua , can I do Salah/Namaz? Allah Hafez.

Performing salah in clothing not suitable for a respectable Islamic meeting is makrooh. Half shirt also carries the same ruling; performing salah wearing the same is makrooh.
