Can women read taravih at home? As it is sunnah namaz cam we read it with normal short surah or it is compulsory to complete one parah of Quran in 20 rakats of taravih?.

As taravih is sunnah for the males in the same way it is sunnah for women in their homes. A woman may read whatsoever surah she remembers in taravih whether big or small. She is not bound to read one Parah.
