I am not working in any bank but I have DSA (direct source agency) of some banks we are just completing home loan documentation formalities and banks giving us commission for sourcing customers so is it haram or halal? We are on commission basis not on salary basis.

It is not lawful to complete the home loan documentation formalities as well as receiving charges over it from the bank is not lawful since this charge is unlawful.
