Is doing business of selling duplicate products haram like selling of rolex, montblanc, rado, hublot etc. watches, bags and other accessories, and also about using these sought of things haram or halal?

If the duplicate goods are not sold by telling original and the customer is told clearly that it is duplicate or the buyer itself knows that it is duplicate then there is no harm in selling the duplicate goods and the use of those goods shall be lawful provided there is no harm in its use according to Shariah.
