We got married in Jan 2015. My wife left the matrimonial house in June 2015 after staying merely for 3 months due to differences of cultural thinking and beliefs. As she is from Barelvi maslak. Immediately after she went, she asked for khula nama. I agreed upon that. During one of the meetings with mediators and arbitrators, we finalized the khula nama. But till now they kept changing the wording and paragraphs and asking me to write impossible things which cannot be agreed upon. It is more than 1 year and 9 months now but there is no conclusion yet. Please suggest how to proceed.

What paragraph do they want to get changed in the Khulanama? If you don’t like this changing then you should solve this matter by taking help of some mediators, it is your internal matter it can be solved only by mutual consent. It should be noted that you should opt for khula only when there is no way to live together.
