If husband had bought a house in his life and made his wife owner of that house, will this house come into account for warasat matter among the warsa?

If the husband bought the house and gifted it to his wife during his lifetime and gave the house completely in the possession of the wife then as per the Shariah the wife became the owner of the house. And after the death of the husband the heirs of the husband shall get no share in it.
