Is it permissible to take a loan from someone whose earnings are haram?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
Can a person take qarz from a person whose earning is haram? Will that money be halal for the person who takes qarz? Please explain your answer with reference to the Holy Quran and Hadith.

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

(Fatwa: 832/797/SN=11/1436)

It is not lawful for you to borrow money from such a person you know that he is giving you qarz from the amount earned through unlawful source. Likewise it is also not lawful to take money from such a person who has both halal and haram income and the quantity of haram is more and both (halal and haram) are so mixed that cannot be separated from each other.
