Is it permissible to keep unclean cloth in one’s pocket while praying?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
I have problem of urine drops & wadi when I use toilet or even when I do not use it. Normally I put toilet paper in my underwear and after sometime I remove it and do wudhu. My question is, I wanted to use plain cloth instead of toilet paper and at the time of wudhu/pray time, I wanted to put that cloth in a plastic bag and then put it in my pocket instead of throwing it away so that I can use it for future. If I keep that unclean cloth in plastic bag and then in my pocket. Can I pray with it? Will my prayer be valid?

If the cloth is smeared with urine measuring more than the deep part of the palm then salah shall not be valid with it. So in the case mentioned above whether you use toilet paper or cloth, but while going to offer salah you should put it aside instead of keeping it in your pocket. Also you should not carry this impure cloth in the mosque. It is stated in Halabi Kabiri:
