I am a shopkeeper in my place. It is near a graveyard where I offer salah daily. A friend said to me that salah in grave yard masjid is forbidden by Muhammad (SAW). So, I want to confirm whether I should offer salah there?

It is forbidden only when the graves are in front of the namazi. If there is a mosque and the wall of the mosque is a barrier in between then it is lawful to offer salah in the mosque of graveyard without any karahat.
