I would like to ask if it is permissible to apply pure olive or coconut oil or any unscented cream to the face or other parts of the body while in the status of ihram. As due to the flight to and the weather conditions in Saudi Arabia, my skin gets very dry and I often get a skin reaction to the dryness.

It is prohibited to apply scented oil or cream in the state of ihram. In the case mentioned above, you can apply on face unscented coconut or olive oil or a cream which does not contain scent in the state of ihram.
