What is the religious authentication of participating in big animals without obtaining the meat and distributing the same? We are total 12 members in family. We want to pay off our contribution towards 12 parts/members Qurbani in Big Animal, the present trend is most popular specially in city like Mumbai, where we do not get meat (as there are three portions of meat before distributing) and none of the portion is being utilised as per ISLAMIC Shariah/LAW. Please advise in this matter.

There is no wrong if you do qurbani without accepting the meat, the qurbani will be valid. But the reason presented by you for not taking meat is unclear. Therefore, you should explain it and then ask the question again.
