As I have asked question about the cases in I have been implicated in false cases by my wife and in laws so my question is that can I use the money which is given to me by the bank as interest in my false cases which have been imposed by my wife and in laws?

You cannot use it. It may only be used for poor, needy ones. If you spend in a judicial case files against you though it is fake it is unlawful as it is spending on oneself.
