I know that we cannot make love during menstruation period of my wife, so we are not doing so. But some time her period got delayed for some days so we were making love that time and after finishing the act we feel some (very little) blood from her private parts then she told me that might be her period started, so my concern is that whether I did sin in that act?
And I am so much in guilt for this. One thing is that before having sex she offered namaz also and we were sure that period was not started.

If you are sure that you did intercourse with your wife before the starting of haiz (menstruation) then there is no sin. If she experienced haiz after the intercourse then too there is no sin. It is sin to do intercourse in the state of haiz.
