Do brother-in-laws influence property distribution among living siblings?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
Our father has left some property which will be sold and distributed by us as per Islamic Shariah, we 3 brothers and 5 sisters all are major and married, we will talk each other to sell the properties and share the amount as per Islamic Shariah. My question is whether my brother-in-laws have the right to speak about my father’s property when my sisters are alive and all are in good health and they can take their own decision?

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

(Fatwa: 849/672/B=1434)

If your father died leaving behind only you three brothers and five sisters and there is no other heir, then all the property left by your father shall be divided into 11 shares. Out of which 2-2 shares shall go to each brother and 1-1 share to each sister.
