Question:
Is it permissible for a wife who is in Haydh to masturbate her husband?
Answer:
If the husband has a severe urge and need to be satisfied (due to not being able to be intimate with his wife as a result of her experiencing her monthly menstrual cycle) then it will be permissible for the wife to satisfy him by using her hands. This will be the ruling in the case of a severe need. Doing so without such a need is considered as Makrooh.
