A: No she cannot leave the house for this reason. She may only leave the house when no one is supporting her and she needs to work to fulfill her needs. She may also leave the house if she has properties, businesses, farms etc to manage and she cannot find someone to manage her affairs. (Fatwaa Raheemiyah vol 5 p 397)
