Dear Mufti Sahib, My cousin considered himself a true Muslim but he never performs five time Namaz of a day, And he firmly believe that a pearson who going for Hajj are the most cunning,criminal,deciteful,sinner,layer and unfaithful only these persons (Men and Women) are going for Hajj and the pure person(True Muslim) are no need for going for Hajj. Is it right? , Is there any Fatwa for this?

One who rejects the Hajj being Fardh upon those who have the ability is a Murtad. He should renew his Nikah and his Imaan.
