Q: Can I join the Imam when he reads qasar salaah in Musjid Namirah on the day of Arafaat?

A: If the Imam is a musaafir and you are a musaafir then you may join the Imam. If teh Imam is a Musaafir and you are a Muqeem, then you can join him but you should complete your two rakaats after the Imam makes salaam.
