Q: How many years did Prophet Aadam alaihis salaam give away of his life? When he saw a sick man and I think he gave 40 years of his life and when the Angel of death came to him he first refused and said Allah had promised him to live 1000 years or something to this effect?
A: According to the narration we have read, Hadhrat Aadam (alayhis salaam) had given 50 years of his life to Hadhrat Dawood (alayhis salaam). We are not aware of the narration you have quoted.
