Ladies uncovering Hair in front of Non Muslim Ladies

Q: Why can’t Muslim women uncover/show their hair to non Muslim ladies?

A: Non muslim ladies have no concept of purdah (rules of Hijab) and will describe the female’s parts that need to be covered to ghair mahrams (males who cannot see those parts).
