Secluding oneself with a non-mahram woman

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Muftionline.co.za

Q: A person works as a career and visits elderly people to give them medicine and make sure they take it. Is it permissible for him to visit elderly women for this purpose? Or will it be considered khalwa despite them being elderly?

Bismillaah

A: Whatever the circumstance be, it is not in keeping with precaution that a man secludes himself with a woman. If he has to give the care then let it be in the company of a third of fourth person at least.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
