Q: If someone misses his fajr salah as he was sleeping and could not get up, will he say the fajr qaza first and then the zuhar salah even if he has time for zuhar jamat or he can say the qaza after the jamat of zuhar?
Or will he have to say the Qaza namaz first and then the sunnat and zuhar jamat?
A: If the person does not have other Qadhaa on him then he will first have to make the Qadhaa of Fajr and then perform Zohar. He cannot first make Zohar and then the Qadhaa of Fajr, even if he has to miss the Jamaat of Zohar Namaaz.
If the person has five or more Qadhaa on him then he can first make Zohar and the Qadhaa of Fajr thereafter.
