Q: Is it permissible to use Labello or lip ice, due to the lips being dry and cracked, especially during winter, whilst fasting?
A: If the lip ice does not enter the mouth and down the throat then it will be permissible. It will be best to use it between Maghrib and Sehri, this is safer.
