It is important for a person to do exercise as it helps in keeping a person fit and healthy. However, this should be done within the limits of shariah.

A person should try to perform ghusl as soon as possible. It is permissible to go out of the house in the state of janabah.

It is permissible for women to dye their hair. However, it is not permissible to use black dye.
