2. What is the relaxation for me for offering 5 times a pray, I’m a businessman and it is very difficult for me to change cloths 5 times. So can you tell me please what should I do in these circumstances?

Answer

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

Assalaamu `alaykum waRahmatullahi Wabarakatuh

If you are not able to be pure for a period of time in which you can make Wudu and complete your Fardh Salah, then you will be considered a Mazur. Also, if sitting and praying prevents the urine from dripping then you should sit and perform your Salah If you are not able to stay pure long enough to pray your Fardh Salah and sitting does not prevent the urine from dripping, then the rulings of a Mazur will apply for you.

The ruling for a Mazur is he will have to make Wudu for each Fardh Salah. This Wudu will last for the entire time of that Fardh Salah up until its time finishes. The expiring of the Salah time or any other impurity, other than urine drops, will break Wudu. For example, for the Fajr Salah your Wudu will break at the time of sunrise since that is the end of Fajr Salah. But the Wudu you make after sunrise will last until the end of Duhr Salah.

You will be able to pray any Nawafil, read Quran, or perform Tawaf within the time period of a Fardh Salath (Hashiya Tahtawi, 149-150, Dar ul-Kutub al-Ilmiyah).

Once the time of that Salah expires, you will have to re-perform your Wudu. The above ruling will also apply for Tawaf. If you perform Wudu for one Salah, that Wudu will be valid for an entire Salah time. You could perform Tawaf with that Wudu. The drops of urine will not invalidate your Wudu of Tawaf if you are a Mazur.

Again, all of the above mentioned will apply only if you are considered a Mazur. If your condition does not last for a whole Salah time and the urine does not consistently drip then you will not be considered a Mazur. In this case you should put some kind of a cloth or cotton around your private part to prevent the urine from coming out. As long as the outer portion of the cotton/cloth stays dry then your Wudu will be valid, but if the outer part becomes wet then you will have to perform Wudu again. If you prayed Dhur Salah in the condition of a Mazur then in the entire time of Asr Salah the urine did not drip you must pray Qadha of the Duhr Salah, since now you are not a Mazur anymore.(Ahsan ul-Fatawa, 73-78, H.M.
