1: Abu huraira Reported: The Messenger Of Allah ( pbuh) said: He who said his prayer, but did not recite the opening chapter
of al-kitab his prayer is complete. He repeated it thrice (Sahih Muslim, Muslim book 4, Hadith 777 )
Narrated Ubada bin as-samit: Allah Apostle (pbuh) said, ‘ who ever does not recite Al Fatiha in his prayer, his prayer is invalid.
(Bukhari Book 1, Volume 12, Hadith 723 )
As far as I am concerned but I am not very sure, Correct me If I am wrong, as Hanafi The Imam should not recite Surah Al-fatiha ( Except Fajr, but last 2 Rakat of Zuhr, 2 last Rakat of Asr, 1 last Rakat of esha and 2 last Rakat of Maghreb).
Please put some light on the issue and clarify the Issue with references. and give me some information regarding Imamat as to how should I lead prayers?

Assalaamu `alaykum waRahmatullahi Wabarakatuh
1. In the third and fourth rakaats of fard salaat, the Imam or the person performing salaat individually should recite Surah Faatiha only. However, if one did not recite Surah Faatiha his salaat would be valid.
( واكتفى ) المفترض ( فيما بعد الأوليين بالفاتحة ) فإنها سنة على الظاهر ولو زاد لا بأس به ( وهو مخير بين قراءة ) الفاتحة وصحح العيني وجوبها ( وتسبيح ثلاثا ) وسكوت قدرها وفي النهاية قدر تسبيحة فلا يكون مسيئا بالسكوت ( على المذهب ) لثبوت التخيير

ويقرأ في الركعتين الأخريين بفاتحة الكتاب وحدها لحديث أبي قتادة رضي الله عنه أن النبي عليه الصلاة والسلام قرأ في الأخريين بفاتحة الكتاب وهذا بيان الأفضل هو الصحيح

2. According to the Hanafi Madhab, a Muqtadi will not recite anything behind the Imam in the standing posture.
( والمؤتم لا يقرأ مطلقا ) ولا الفاتحة في السرية اتفاقا وما نسب لمحمد ضعيف كما بسطه الكمال ( فإن قرأ كره تحريما )

ولا يقرأ المؤتم خلف الإمام خلافا للشافعي رحمه الله في الفاتحة له أن القراءة ركن من الأركان فيشتركان فيه
ولنا قوله عليه الصلاة والسلام من كان له إمام فقراءة الإمام له قراءة وعليه إجماع الصحابة رضي الله عنهم وهو ركن مشترك بينهما لكن حظ المقتدي الإنصات والاستماع قال عليه الصلاة والسلام وإذا قرأالإمام فأنصتوا ويستحسن على سبيل الاحتياط.

3. The issues of Imamat are very broad, could you please be specific to which aspect of Imamat you are referring to.
