Firstly, it would help if you have an understanding relationship with your husband. There could also be many reasons for your husband’s lack of foreplay, like problematic relationship, inferiority complex, lack of understanding of a woman’s need to be satisfied, etc.
However, to begin on a positive note: Try creating a warm and romantic atmosphere, aromatherapy, oib/candles, etc. Encourage him by loving conversations, enlightening his positive qualities and direct him to what you enjoy, even in what fulfils you, your encouraging sensitive responses. And encourage him and appreciate him with even if the slightest, smallest, improvement of what you enjoyed. This will be a start to building an enjoyable and pleasant relationship, Insha Allah.
