I wanted to know if piercing the ears,nose and ear cartilage is allowed.What about other body parts like the eyebrow,lip,navel or tongue?

Answer:

Females are permitted to beautify themselves with earrings and for that the
ear is pierced. The piercing does not disfigure and change the image of the
ear.
