1)asslamu alaikum .i just want to ask that is beared (dadi) sunnat ,sunnat muqaddah,or wajib.i asked the imam of my masjid who is alim .he told me that it is wajib.amd also is shaving more bad than eating pig or drinking.he told mke this?plz reply me as soon as possible.

It is wajib to keep beard and it is haram to trim it below one fist size. It is haram to consume pork and wine too. Trimming beard may be worse in a sense that its effect continues until it grows again to one fist size, but this equation is not mentioned in the Quran and Hadith.
