What point of time was the Tashahud implemented into salat? It doesn’t seem the Prophet(saw) would of said this.

Tashahhud was implemented in Salaat from the inception of Salaat, that is,
immediately after Me’raaj (physical ascension of Rasulullah to the sky) when
he was gifted with Salaat.
