I married dec 2002 and I have son of 3 months. I alway thing that I should fulfill all needs of my wife and son for that I must earn for them. I work in Software Company they pay me less than my friends. I alway thing I should get what they get and more. So that I was searching a job. 4 days back I was thing to pray Istekhara Salat and pray for my needs. But I was not able to pray and that night I saw a dream that “My CTO Doubled my Salary”. Can you please tell about this.

This is a world of cause and effect. You should adopt the means and make du’aa to Allah Ta’ala to put effect in the means you have adopted.
We advise you request your CTO for an increase in salary. Also recite the du’aa, ?Allaahumma ikfiniy bihalaalika an haraamika wa aghniniy bi fadhlika amman siwaaka?.
