can we accept winnings (money) from kaffir, or if muslim won lottery can he donate to kaffir friend then recieve back as a gift (without force)?

Answer:

Lottery is Haraam. It is not permissible to engage in lottery, to give the lottery award as a gift or accept a lottery award as a gift.
