If during my sickness, my clothes have some urine or excrement sticking to it, can I perform Dhikr or recite Qur’an from memory, in this state? If so, what are the restrictions?

It is permissible to make Dhikr and recite Qur’aan from memory if there are
impurities on one’s clothes.
