my question is that .I love a girl very sincerly and she loves me too. We both are together for 2.5 yrs. And we cant live without each other and i really mean it.cause we talk to each other daily. So can i hug her & can i talk to her on the phone. and can i kiss her?. cause she is not a stranger she i my family relative. and yes i almost dont talk to any other gal and do what she says. and i never lied to her & call her my wife & she call me husband but we are not married. under these circumstances can islam allow me to see her touch her and talk to her. cause she is the only reason i m living for.
According to the Shari?ah, your cousin is a Ghayr Mahram (not prohibited in marriage) to you. In principle, Ghayr Mahrams must observe Hijaab from one another. It is Haraam (strictly prohibited) to even see one another, let aside talking, talking and kissing. These are all major sins.
You should immediately adhere to the law of Shari?ah as expressly mentioned in the Qur’aan and observe Hijaab from your cousin sister. If you love her and only living for her, you should consider marrying her and make your relationship with her lawful in Shari?ah.
