Assalamualikum, i have a small wound on my knee.when i was reading namaz very small amount of pus like (one drop) didnt flow from the place but while i was doing sajda it attached to the paijama (pant)cloth.and i didnt know until the namaz has completed and i checked it later.so did my wazu break and i have to perform the namaz again?

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
In principle, if the wound is such that the pus would not flow from its spot on its own, the wuḍū will be valid. If however, the wound is such that the pus would have flown on its own, then the wuḍū will be invalid and repeating the ṣalāh (prayer) will be necessary.[i]
In the inquired scenario, the wuḍū will be intact and repeating the ṣalāh will not be necessary.

وإذا عصرت القرحة، فخرح منها شيء كثير، وكانت بحال لو لم يعصرها لا يخرج منها شيء ينتقض الوضوء
