When i take shower (to make Wudu, not to make Ghusl) im not certain if some urin is coming out. Do i have than start Wudu always from beginning? Or does a feeling that isnt based on certainty, doenst break the wudu? And is it the same, like making wudu and to think about passing wind?

As-salaamu `alaykum wa-ramatullahi wa-barakatuh.
You do not have to take a shower for wudhu. Wudhu is washing your entire face, both your hands up to the elbows, wiping your hands on quarter of your head and washing both feet up to the ankles.[1] Nevertheless if you take a shower, the limbs of wudhu will be washed. The wudhu will be valid. The mere feeling of urine coming out does not break the wudhu. If one makes wudhu and has a mere feeling of urine coming out or passing wind, that does not break the wudhu .[2]
