Hadhrat Mufti Rashid Saheb Ahsanul Fatwa Volume 2 Pages 313 stated 45 Degrees & Few off U.K Mufti saheb agreed on this rulling, apart from 1.

We concur with the decree of Mufti Rashid (RA).This view is based on many proofs mentioned in the books of fiqh.
