If there are no-mahrams present, is it permissile for a woman to pray salah with a niqab on? Will affect the salah in any way?

As-salaamu `alaykum wa-ramatullahi wa-barakatuh.
The salaah of a lady with her face covered with a niqaab is valid.
The woman’s conduct of covering her face when performing salaah around ghair mahrams is correct.[1]

واليد والوجه والقدم ليست بعورة: فلا يلزمها سترها في الصلاة.
الدر المختار شرح تنوير الأبصار وجامع البحار (ص: 58)
(وتمنع) المرأة الشابة (من كشف الوجه بين الرجال) لا لانه عورة بل (لخوف الفتنة) كمسه وإن أمن الشهوة، لانه أغلظ، ولذا ثبت به حرمة المصاهرة كما يأتي في الحظر (ولا يجوز النظر إليه بشهوة كوجه أمرد)
