According to the Islamic Laws of Inheritance and Succession, an adopted child is entitled to his/her share according to the Islamic Laws of Inheritance and Succession from his/her biological parent’s estate and not from the adoptive parent’s estate. Does an adopted child have any rights over the estate of natural parents or adopted parents ?
My question is that if one boy (A) and girl (B) both make one person wakil (C) and that person is live in another city The C person performs their nikah in front of two witnesses. And boy and girl both are watching all this through webcam .Is this kind of nikah is valid in Islam. Please help me because is ask same question many site but no one give me answer. Hope you give the answer of my question.
