I am a Hannafi and I want to marry a Hannafi. I am a African American and she is Paki. As a Hannafi, can her parents marry her off without her permission just so that I couldn’t marry her? And as a Hannafi, Can she marry without her parents consent?

Answer:

It is not permissible for parents to get their adult (matured) daughter
married without her consent. The marriage will be null and void.
