I have 1000 Rs. per month charity which way is the best according to Quran was Sunnah spend on a poor boy going to school not madrasa. Or spend on a poor family medical treatment. Please guide me.

Give preference to most poor ones, or those who are relatives or neighbours and the pious ones among common Muslims.
