Is it permissible to consume meat without washing the remaining blood from it?

What is the ruling regarding the washing of meat before cooking? Are muslims supposed to wash it three times or can we cook met without washing?

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.

After slaughtering the animal, the meat becomes pure. The red liquid you see is not blood. It is water which is red due to the color of the meat. It is then not a requirement of Shariah to wash the meat. However, if one wishes to wash the meat, one may do so. [1]
