Q1-Is it permissible to go to a library and also borrow books etc which have been purchased from lottery money?
Answer:
It is permissible to use Haraam money for public welfare, therefore to go to such a library in which there are books purchased with lottery money will be permissible and it will also be permissible to borrow such books from the library.
