Giving Kaffarah every time one breaks one’s promise

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Muftionline.co.za

Q: If a person makes an oath to Allah that I will not do a certain act and if I do this act I will give kaffara every time I break my promise. I know he will have to give kaffarah if he breaks his oath by doing the act once. My question is that if he does the act the second or third time will he have to give kaffarah again?

A: He will have to give the kaffaarah each time he breaks the oath.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
