Sitting Cross Legged and Sleeping

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by CouncilofUlama.co.za

Q: If a person sits crossed legged leaning on his thighs and sleeps away in this position does his wudhu break?

A:If his entire buttocks are firm on the ground while sleeping in this manner then his wudhu will not break. However, if he is leaning so far forward that a part of his buttocks is raised of the ground then his wudhu will break.
