Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Askmufti.co.za
Q: One of my friends heard on a program that according to Hanafi scholl of thought, if two boy cousions had sexual relations with each other, they cannot marry with each other’s sisters. My friend told me the program mentioned that if a person gets to know after the marriage that his wife is the sister of this person who had sexual relations with him, immediately the nikah (marriage) will be broken. Is this correct?

A: If two male cousins had sexual relations with one another they can get married to each others’ sisters.
