In the name of Allah, most Gracious and Merciful

One does not have to make up any confirmed sunna after its time has passed, regardless whether it was missed with the obligatory prayer it is associated with or not.

This includes the sunna before the fajr prayer; one does not make it up after sunrise unless it was missed with the fajr prayer, in which case it is sunna to make it up with the fajr prayer before the zenith (zawal) time. [Nur al-Idah 2:49]
