Is my wife still in my nikah after I pronounced talaq thice and then took her back?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
I have pronounced talaq thice (at one go) to my wife in pressure because of her uncle over the phone. there were no witness and I went back to my wife within the iddah period and told her that she is till my wife and I want to take her back. Is she still in my nikah

Answer

(Fatwa: 1418/D=309/K=1431)

If you confess giving three talaqs, your wife was divorced with three irrevocable talaqs whether there was any witness or not. After pronouncing three talaqs, you cannot take her back. However, if you want to take your wife back, then after passing her iddah (if she is pregnant then after giving birth , otherwise after passing three maturation) she should marry to someone and they have sexual relationship. I Now, if the second husband gives her talaq by consent or he passes away, she, having passed iddah period, can marry you. There is no other solution available for that.
